ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a Quality Management System where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ARCCO has established a Quality Management and Audit System that adheres to ISO 9001:2008 Assurance Certifications. A major factor in receiving this certification is the sophisticated computer-based information system used by ARCCO to track all design, procurement and group activities with supervision from our quality-control department.

Control, oversight and management start with the study and analysis of detailed method statements and associated shop drawings. This analysis continues throughout the implementation phase, as well as during the auditing of quality and financials. Inspection, report and control systems ensure that all project activities are checked and that sections are performing to the required standards.

ARCCO maintains the highest possible international standards of quality in products and services. In order to guarantee these high quality standards to clients, the company’s Quality Management System maintains absolute compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

This certification standardizes the requirements for quality management systems with respect to personnel who work in the construction of residential and non-residential projects, as well as in oil and gas fields.
